Recently, the Dali High-Tech Development Zone Management Committee and the source of high-tech Cheong Holdings Limited signed an agreement, sources from Cheong companies to invest 500 million U.S. dollars in the marble building optoelectronic thin film amorphous silicon solar  project, which will be put into operation to become Asia's largest Amorphous silicon production base.

 Dali optoelectronic thin film amorphous silicon solar  project is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs "Bonn" project in our province launched the first international leader in high-tech projects. Under the investment agreement, Yuen Cheong Holdings Limited will be high-tech high-tech industry development zones in Dali on board the industrial zone construction of 21 film amorphous silicon film photoelectric panels (glass, brick) production lines. After the completion of all, can be achieved with an annual output of 120 MW of glass, brick production capacity.  Amorphous silicon film photoelectric film solar  panels for the second generation of renewable energy products, can be used for the construction of windows, roof.  Dali rich solar  energy resources, for optoelectronic thin film amorphous silicon solar  energy projects provided the necessary foundation for energy.
